Spaghetti Squash Recipe Garlic
Cook tossing frequently until squash is very hot about 5 minutes.
Spaghetti squash recipe garlic. Brush the cut sides of the squash with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with 3 4 teaspoon kosher salt and 1 4 teaspoon ground black pepper. Peel garlic and squeeze cloves into a large bowl. Put 1 halved seeded spaghetti squash in a microwave safe dish.
Don t let the garlic burn. Add shallots sauteing until translucent about 5 7 minutes make sure they don t burn. Remove and discard seeds.
Drain water from pan. Use a fork to scrape out spaghetti squash strands into the bowl reserving the shells. Cook garlic until fragrant and translucent.
Cut 2 spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Baking pan cut side down. Add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the broth and heat through. Place squash in a 13x9 in.
Smash with a fork until smooth. Cook until fragrant and just starting to color about 5 minutes. Place 2 ounces cream cheese in a large bowl and let sit out at room temperature while the oven heats to soften.
