Recipe Pork Tenderloin With Vegetables

Recipe pork tenderloin with vegetables. Trim base from fennel bulbs. Place the pork in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Stir vegetables and continue baking 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Cover and cook on high for 5 6 hours depending on the size of roast or low for 8 10 hours. Bake uncovered 25 35 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145 and vegetables are tender stirring vegetables occasionally.
Roast vegetables for 30 35 minutes or until the vegetables are just starting to get tender. Sprinkle over meat and vegetables. Use pork tenderloin to make this dish.
In a 9 x 13 inch pan place the pork tenderloin and sprinkle evenly with the seasoned salt. Recipe for homemade basil pesto below. This cut of meat is good value as well as being tender and moist.
Mix the vegetables into the pan grate parmesan over them and cook until done about 10 15 minutes. Step 2 brown tenderloins in 2 tablespoons hot oil in a large skillet over medium high heat 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Add vegetables to a large bowl and toss with olive oil seasonings and parmesan.
Remove pork from pan. Make the seasoning rub by mixing together the minced garlic salt black pepper oregano and paprika. Arrange all of the vegetables around the pork then dot everything with the butter and sprinkle with the italian seasoning.
