Recipe Roasted New Potatoes Rosemary
Finely grate the lemon rind or remove with a zester.
Recipe roasted new potatoes rosemary. Reheat for 15 20 minutes or until piping hot all the way through. Return the tin to the oven and roast for 30 40 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp. Stir in rosemary salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place in a bowl with the olive oil salt pepper garlic and rosemary. Toss until the potatoes are well coated. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Turn them around to get a good coating of oil sprinkling in the garlic and rosemary as you go. To reheat place the roasted new potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer and cooked in an oven pre heated to 200c 180c fan gas mark 6 400f. Add the potatoes seal and toss to coat evenly.
Place the olive oil garlic rosemary and salt and pepper to taste in a large re sealable plastic bag. Roast the potatoes for about 30 to 40 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Strip the rosemary leaves from the stems.
Scrub the potatoes and put into a large saucepan. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are golden brown approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking pan.
